Role & responsibilities Identifying high quality candidates to fill key roles across locations. Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations. Assist the HR Manager in the hiring process to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position. Sourcing active and passive candidates thorough direct channels, job portals, careers portal, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building. Assist payroll team in verification and formatting of monthly payroll and salary processing Work closely with payroll head to ensure timely delivery of salary on a monthly basis Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge. Ensure the application of labour laws. Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability. Preferred candidate profile Full time MBA with relevant recruitment experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional network. Candidate must have an excellent command over excel, Vlookup, Pivot Table. Must be able to work within the defined timelines. Knowledge of payroll and taxation would be as advantage.
