Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in CS, KAM in Export Ocean freight forwarding.(LCL, FCL, Special equipments) Sound knowledge in Ocean freight product, Process & carrier relationship. hands on knowledge on pricing & should have negotiation skills to procure good rates from shipping lines, Nvocc & consolidators. should liaise with customers directly & have the ability to build relationships. Knowledgeable on USA, Canada & Europe trade lane requirements like AMS, IFS etc. Should have the aptitude to constantly engage with clients & follow up for new bookings / business from all the key customers. completely responsible for booking handling right from booking receipt till job completion. Sound & hands on experience in operating software such as Logisys, Carowise, EFS or Ebms etc. Generating all kinds of Management information system reports for Customers. Coordinate with all stakeholders such as Transporters, operations, CFS, consolidators, CHA's & carriers.
