Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Project Management: Drive the execution of HR related projects and programs Work closely with project leader, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverable, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department. People Engagement : Lead employee engagement initiatives and maintain open communication channels regards to policies and benefits. Support and organize people engagement activities, events, and celebrations. Drive and oversee internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all levels of the organization. Undertake any other additional responsibilities within the HR function that may arise Qualifications: Graduate / Masters degree in HR, 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on managing Projects Strong project management, excellent communication and ability to collaborate and meet timelines Preferred candidate profile: Ability to manage multiple projects Strong functional knowledge Presentation skills Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Interested candidates can reach me at 9686698157 Or share their CV's to anil.shyam@ample.co.in
