Were Hiring: Social Media (ORM) Are you passionate about social media and customer experience? We are looking for a skilled ORM Social Media Expert to join our team at one of Indias leading NBFCs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and monitoring our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring timely and effective responses to calls, comments, messages, posts, and interactions. What we are looking for: Relevant experience of 0.6 months -1 year in Online Reputation Management (ORM) or Social Media Management. Strong communication skills and customer service focus. Ability to handle social media channels with attention to detail and quick response times. Experience in managing customer experiences on ORM social media platforms is a bonus! Responsibilities: Monitor and engage with customers on social platforms. Respond to queries, comments, and messages in a professional manner.
