Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Resource for all the Digital , Custom and Innovaapptive or equivalent applications, Data Ingestions, Digital Integrations, specifically focusing on WorkOrder and Inventory modules. Key Responsibilities: Application Support: Provide daily support for all the Digital , WorkOrder and Inventory applications, ensuring that they meet the business needs and provide value to end-users. Resolve user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal disruption to operations. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain uptime. Incident and Problem Management: Address and resolve incidents reported by users related to WorkOrder and Inventory functionality. -Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide permanent solutions. Configuration and Setup: Support system configurations, including user roles, permissions, and security settings within the SPOG application. Assist in setting up workflows and mobile solutions for WorkOrder and Inventory as per business requirements. Integrations/Interactions with SAP and Other Systems: Collaborate with the SAP team to ensure seamless integration between the SPOG application (WorkOrder, Inventory) and the SAP system (e.g., SAP PM and MM modules). Troubleshoot integration issues between SPOG , SAP and other organizations digital systems ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization. User Training and Documentation: Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of the WorkOrder and Inventory mobile applications. Develop and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and FAQs for internal users. System Updates and Patches: Assist with system upgrades, patches, and version control to ensure the application is up-to-date and secure. Coordinate with vendors to test and implement new features or bug fixes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP and other integration with mobile solutions and business processes. Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and troubleshooting mobile application issues. Proficient in SQL for data retrieval, reporting, and troubleshooting.
