The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in OPT recruiting and a strong understanding of the OPT process. Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms) and referrals. Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in OPT recruiting. Strong understanding of the OPT process and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Proficient in MS Office and recruiting software/tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
