Responsibilities: Conduct optometry training in refraction, dispensing, and technical processes for Lenskart staff. Enhance training effectiveness by incorporating latest methodologies, role plays, and innovative team-building activities with a customer-centric approach. Measure training outcomes and provide timely feedback to learners. Develop and maintain training content tailored to various learning needs. Regularly monitor store staff performance by visiting stores, conducting mock sessions, and implementing quality training interventions . Requirements: B.Sc. in Optometry Minimum 5 years of overall optometry experience, with at least 3 years in store optometry Prior experience in optometry training is a plus If you meet the above criteria and are passionate about training and development in the field of optometry , we encourage you to apply!
