Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Channel Program Management: Setting up and managing customer and supplier channel programs. Defining program rules, qualifiers, and accrual methods. Monitoring program performance and identifying areas for improvement. Managing customer and supplier claims, deductions, and settlements. Revenue Recognition and Accounting: Ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition for channel transactions. Managing revenue adjustments and reconciling revenue with other systems. Understanding and applying relevant accounting standards. Channel Partner Interaction: Facilitating communication and collaboration with channel partners. Resolving channel partner issues and ensuring program compliance. Tracking and managing channel partner performance. System Implementation and Configuration: Participating in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Channel Revenue Management. Testing and validating system functionality. Working with IT and other stakeholders to ensure smooth system operation. Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the system. Managing data imports and exports. Generating reports and dashboards to track program performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud, particularly Channel Revenue Management. Knowledge of channel programs, rebates, deductions, and settlements. Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards.
