Oracle EBS and Fusion Technical Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS and Fusion Technical Manager to join our AMS (Application Management Services) team in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing and managing technical developers on EBS and Fusion production support projects, ensuring top-notch technical guidance, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of technical developers in Oracle EBS and Fusion environments, focusing on production support and project enhancements. - Collaborate with Oracle functional business analysts and clients to capture and translate business requirements into technical specifications (MD70). - Lead the design, development, and unit testing of technical solutions according to functional design documents. - Ensure the team adheres to service level agreements for timely responses and resolutions to production support issues. - Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and debug production issues to provide timely solutions. - Build and maintain effective relationships with client sand enhance customer satisfaction. Required Skills: - 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion technical design and development. - Proven experience managing a technical development team of at least 10 members. - Strong communication skills and client management experience. - Extensive technical and functional knowledge in Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing modules. - Expertise in RICE, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher reports, Unix Shell Scripting, Fusion reports, OIC, and Fusion PaaS. - Familiarity with functional setups in Oracle EBS and Fusion, Performance Tuning, Web ADI, Interfaces, and Conversions. - Proficiency in debugging, testing workflows, reports, and data analysis. Good to Have: - Experience in Oracle implementation and support project management.
