We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP SCCM (Supply Chain and Configuration Management) Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle ERP systems, with a specific focus on Supply Chain modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP platform effectively supports business operations, compliance, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements, focusing on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. Configure and maintain Oracle SCCM modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, and WMS. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into system solutions. Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to support ongoing business operations and new project initiatives. Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and other technical staff to ensure seamless integration and performance. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Oracle SCM modules. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance, and regulatory standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Oracle ERP system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field. 4+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, with at least 3 years focused on SCCM modules. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. Experience in full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live support. Hands-on experience with Oracle configurations, setups, and workflows in SCM modules. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Skills: Oracle certifications in Supply Chain Management or ERP Cloud. Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or similar reporting tools. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Knowledge of other Oracle modules like Finance or HCM is a plus.
