Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Financials (FI) Implementation Consultant Location: Gurgaon and Noida Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financials (FI) Implementation Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon and Noida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Financials modules, with a strong background in end-to-end implementation projects. Responsibilities: Lead and manage Oracle Financials implementation projects from planning to go-live and support. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs. Design and configure Oracle Financials modules to meet client requirements. Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide training and support to end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules. Identify and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules. Prepare project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation. Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementation projects. Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management). Excellent understanding of business processes in finance and accounting. Oracle certification in Financials is preferred. Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with clients in various industries. Knowledge of integration points with other Oracle modules (Procurement, Order Management). Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials. Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2). Selection Process: Candidates should expect 2-3 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews to assess fitment and communication skills.
