Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts. Build and maintain fast formulas, personalizations, and custom workflows within Oracle HCM. Develop integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), and PaaS. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) employee data, payroll, benefits, and compensation information from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM. Utilize tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and FBL for mass data uploads. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements. Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements post-implementation. Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize and automate business processes. Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user guides for custom solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development. Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management). Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas . Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS . Hands-on experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, and FBL . Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
