Fusion HCM Technical Lead Consultants with 15+ years of IT experience with minimum of 5 years of experience with Fusion HCM Technical Consultant. Business process knowledge or functional experience within the one or more key areas: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Completed at least 2 full Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) project implementations. Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) Extensively worked on BI reports, Data Migration, Integration and Workflow components Essential functional understanding of Oracle HCM and Payroll (Cloud and EBS) from a technical perspective (not a functional consultant) Desirable functional understanding of Cloud HCM from a technical perspective (not a functional consultant) Responsibilities Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert to support the team through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects MENA Region Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud Technical Tasks include BI Reports, Integrations, Data Migrations, Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code.
