Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle ORC solutions for clients. Gather business requirements and provide tailored ORC solutions. Configure job requisitions, candidate management, and offer management . Work closely with stakeholders to optimize recruiting workflows and ORC configurations . Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
