Job Description: Bourntec Solutions is seeking experienced and highly motivated Oracle Netsuite Technical Consultants to join our growing team in either our Hyderabad or Bhubaneswar offices. As an Oracle Netsuite Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Netsuite solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other technical team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement Oracle Netsuite solutions based on client requirements. * Configure and customize Oracle Netsuite modules. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Netsuite applications. * Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. * Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Netsuite technologies and trends. * Mentor and guide junior team members. * Perform data migration and integration activities. * Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Netsuite applications. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 9-12 years of experience in Oracle Netsuite implementation and support. * Strong technical skills in Oracle Netsuite modules (e.g., Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Engineering Change Management (ECM)). * Experience with Oracle database and SQL. * Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies. * Experience with web services and APIs. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. * Oracle Netsuite certification is a plus. Technical Skills: * Programming/Coding: Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc. * Data Analysis: Skills in data mining, statistical analysis, data visualization, and using tools like SQL, R, and data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). * Cloud Computing: Experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like compute, storage, and databases. * Cybersecurity: Knowledge of security protocols, threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and security tools. * Networking: Understanding of network infrastructure, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP), and network security. * Database Management: Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and database design principles. * Software Development: Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), version control (Git), and testing frameworks. * AI/Machine Learning: Skills in developing and deploying machine learning models, using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. * Web Development: Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails) development skills. * Mobile Development: Experience building mobile applications for iOS (Swift, Objective-C) or Android (Java, Kotlin). * Operating Systems: Proficiency in using and managing operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS.
