Job Title: Oracle PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant Location: [PAN INDIA] Job Type: [Full-Time] Experience Level: 3 to 8years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM), business process analysis, configuration, and end-user support. The role requires collaboration with technical teams to ensure the optimal performance of PeopleSoft Finance applications and to meet business requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), Billing, Expenses, Treasury, and Commitment Control . Configure and implement PeopleSoft Financials modules based on business needs. Work closely with technical teams to provide functional specifications for customizations and integrations. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training . Develop functional documentation , including business process flows and configuration guides. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting . Assist with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and change management processes . Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security, and data integrity standards . Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and system enhancements . Required Skills & Qualifications: [X+] years of experience as a PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant . In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, AM, Billing, Expenses, Treasury, Commitment Control, etc.). Experience in business process mapping, configuration, and troubleshooting . Strong understanding of PeopleSoft financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting tools . Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, role-based access, and approval workflows . Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and testing tools . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications: Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Certified Specialist (preferred but not mandatory). ITIL or PMP certification (a plus). Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field .
