Job Description

Role: Oracle Revenue Management and Billing Experience: 7+ yeras Location: PAN India (Hybrid) Job Description The ORMB Contractor will be responsible for providing production support for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) system. They will work closely with finance users to analyze and resolve their requests, ensuring the smooth operation of the system. Key Responsibilities Provide ORMB production support, analyze and resolve requests from finance users in a timely and efficient manner. Generate data extracts and reports from ORMB to support business operations. Automate recurring tasks to increase operational efficiency and robustness of the system. Troubleshoot and resolve ORMB accessibility issues, ensuring users can reliably access and use the system. Troubleshoot and resolve batch and threadpool issues, ensuring the system performs optimally. Create and update ORMB User Interface (UI) and scripts, enhancing user experience and system functionality. Enhance functionality and resolve code issues using Java, SQL, and ORMB configuration tools. Deploy releases in production and non-production environments, ensuring system updates are implemented effectively. Qualifications Proven experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Proficiency in Java and SQL Experience with ORMB configuration tools Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills to interact with finance users Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with system deployment in production and non-production environments.
