Currently, we are looking for a experienced resource having good understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud (B2B/Redwood UI) Consultant on a permanent basis to join our team with proven experience. What Youll Do: Capture the requirement around Sales Cloud. Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of CX Sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, to establish and maintain effective incentive compensation processes and policies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the companys incentive plans, including metrics, targets, and payout structures. Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely data collection, validation, and integration into the compensation system. Perform regular audits and analysis of incentive compensation data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies. Provide support and guidance to sales representatives and managers regarding incentive compensation plans, calculations, and payouts. Able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.
