Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AGM/VP with a proven track record in creating and implementing online business models, specifically within the EdTech domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital transformation, and online business strategy, with a minimum of 10+ years in leadership roles. This position will be based in Mohali and will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys online business strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive online business strategy tailored to the EdTech domain to drive revenue growth and market share. Identify new opportunities for digital expansion in the education sector and create innovative business models to capitalize on them. Lead the digital transformation initiatives to enhance the companys online presence and customer experience in the EdTech space.Sales Growth: Design and implement strategies to boost online sales and improve conversion rates.. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in the in Orane Online sector to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online business goals with overall company objectives.Business Model Development: Create scalable and sustainable online business models tailored to the Beauty and wellness domain. Evaluate and optimize existing online business processes to improve efficiency and profitability. Leverage data analytics and customer insights to refine business models and strategies specific to Orane Online business.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on online business growth. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment and execution of online business strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders in the education sector to drive business growth.Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online business initiatives in Orane. Regularly monitor and report on the performance of online business models, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in digital business strategy, or online sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the EdTech Industry. Proven track record of creating and implementing successful online business models in the education sector that drive sales growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing, Online platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to EdTech. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
