The move was in alignment with the Indian government's Make in India and Atmanirbhar India initiatives, This strategic move not only bolstered the domestic manufacturing sector but also underscored the company's commitment to fostering indigenous innovation and self-reliance. Key Responsibilities: -Taking weekly planning for new machinery installation as per service head. - Scheduling of service calls planned and delegated by service head. - Tracking of service calls planning for on-time service. -Visit at client site before installation of machinery and checking availability of all the parameters and requirements for machine. In case of any changes or facility required, immediately inform to customer through mail keeping sales executive in loop to for on-time installation and strong relationship with client. - Examine machine according to issue and technical standard manual for proper issue identification. -Ensure on-time installation as per technical guide and educating machine operation to client and consent from client. -Visit on-time at customer site to examine reasons of machinery failure or nonperformance and same day solution. -Check faulty spare or part availability with store executive and request the same for delivery at client place. -Acknowledge service head in case of any major issue in machine for external support of vendor or technical head support. -Co-ordinate with customer in case of chargeable spare and part guided by service head checked with data sheet. -Acknowledge & submit machine repairing completion report to service head. -In case of spare or part under guaranty or warranty, provide damaged spare or part to store and inform service head for on-time availability. -Regular follow-up to service head in case of non-availability of spare or part for on-time issue resolution. -Ensure quality assembling of machinery by assembling as per standard guideline by provider.
