A successful candidate should be possessing strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM Module / CRM, such as S/he should be a team player and s/he should collaborate with different departments or teams. S/he would have strong communication, time management and presentation skills. Customer-focused individual responsible for managing business operations and delivering fulfilment operations excellence with sales across the pan India region In-depth knowledge of order fulfilment process including order entry, administration, order management, Back order management and shipping and delivery of orders to the customer Work closely with the factory/warehouse/transporter/Sales and Business partners to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders Sound knowledge & exposure to SAP SD/MM Module / CRM / Global compliance Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales or customer management knowledge Good analytical and interpretation skills are required, as are advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgment in stressful situations In-depth knowledge of order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, order management, Back order management and shipping and delivery of orders to the customer Responsibilities include communicating with customers during the order fulfilment process systematic and logical, the individual is required to assist customers in fulfilling orders and understand customer needs Work closely with the factory/warehouse/transporter/Sales and Business partners to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction at minimal cost Make stock allocation planning, scheduling based on target inventory levels, order fill rates and demand variables Sound knowledge in advance excel & exposure to SAP SD/MM Module / CRM & Tax structure In-depth knowledge on compliance of statutory norms: (e.g. Road Permit, sales tax, Customs etc.) Execute logistics services that meet customer requirements Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales or customer management knowledge Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgment in stressful situations
