The product design and application engineer in Gutor shall work in a multi-national, multi-faceted team of leading engineers and experts. In this role, the engineer can demonstrate one’s skill and experience through exciting development projects, including sustainability projects, new product development/introduction, industrial standard compliance, cost-optimization and design standardization. The engineer will also support assembly, testing, quality and site related troubleshooting, and work closely with all other departments to ensure relevant process and products in Gutor are of excellent quality and in a timely manner SUMMARY OF JOBThe Order Processing Specialist has the responsibility to manage order booking using the specified electronically tools in a daily basis. Also, responsible to perform daily invoicing functions and billing processes. This position requires to be specialist of at least in Order Registration or Invoicing role. The Order Processing Specialist coordinate and work closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Controlling and Export departments to ensure that every order is processed on time. The individual must be able to work independently and as part of the team, manage all communication with team members and ensure compliance to time frame and quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOrder Registration & Project Administration:Accurately enter and process order booking in a timely manner Process and follow up to complete the Order Registration Process (ORP)Handling data of the Project Builder in SAP according to project overview and customer's POIssue customer PO acknowledgementProcess project Change OrderProcess material upload (BOM / ECO)Uploading timesheet in a weekly basisData control in Siebel (enter and update Assets) Invoicing:Generating invoices — advance payment, partial and final invoiceFocal person dealing with communication on Bank Guarantee related issueHandling billing milestone for projectsMonitoring and generating billing milestone reportTo ensure Letter of Credit is received from customer's Bank before releasing the shipmentWorking closely with Banks to ensure Bank Guarantee is accurately processed within the time frameCooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issuesActively works with Project Managers to update the payment milestoneIssue of Debit / Credit Notes KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIREDMust posses at lease a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy /Finance or relation field2– 3 years in the related positionGood knowledge of: SAP, Excel, Words, Notes, Siebels, OutlookAbility to prioritize, multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate account ownership and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyAbility to work in a face-paced environment PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESAdaptibility InitiativeReselience Gutor is an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
