In this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as: Position: Order Manager Location: Kondhapuri Your contributions to organisations growth: Ensuring the on-time delivery of compressors according to the defined deadline Compliance with the valid process descriptions, development and maintenance of existing process documentation in cooperation with the supervisor. Define, implement, and monitor strategic safety stocks Submit information to Compressor project managers for Quotations Compressor planning Detailed planning of the compressor production in cooperation with the Compressor Project Manager and Operations Creation of the compressor progress report Internal planning of the compressor customer acceptance tests Escalation according to the escalation principle Production control Monitoring and coordination of the load situation in production in Cooperation with the management team of Operations Creation of the medium-term planning (preview) for Operations Initiation, development, moderation and support of measures in the event of incidents, deviations, supplements, etc. in cooperation with internal offices Ensuring the timely delivery of express orders in cooperation with Operations Cost control of production orders Disposition Maintenance of management-relevant masterdata Management of product groups to optimize given parameters Initiate and lead improvement projects in a team Initiate and work on cross-interface improvement projects Education/ experience / languages: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering / production technology Expertise in production planning / SCM 10-12 years experience in Production planning Working knowledge of SAP in MM and PP module We Offer We have a very free culture, inspiring employees to involve in various activities of their interests.
