Cross-functional Collaboration & Agency Management Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, web product management, or lifecycle marketing; preferably in B2C or healthcare brands. Proven experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience in planning and managing customer retention campaigns via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, mobile-first design, and digital product flows. Familiarity with CMS systems (like WordPress), basic HTML/CSS, and GA4 setup. Hands-on with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Web Engage, Lead squared, HubSpot).
