Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary Treasury and Banking Manager to lead the companys efforts in securing funds through ESG-focused institutions and green bond fund providers. This role involves establishing treasury functions, applying for ESG funds, fostering relationships with financial institutions, and aligning financial strategies with the company's mission for sustainable development.Key Responsibilities:Treasury Creation and Management:Establish and manage the companys treasury functions, internally or through external partnerships, to effectively manage cash flow and resources.Develop and implement innovative financial strategies that align with sustainability goals.Green Finance and ESG Engagement:Identify and engage with ESG funding institutions to secure grants and funds for sustainable initiatives.Build relationships with companies specializing in purchasing green bonds to raise capital for eco-friendly projects.Oversee the entire process of issuing and managing green bonds.Ensure compliance with ESG frameworks and principles in all financial strategies.Banking and Financial Operations:Manage relationships with financial institutions for project finance, term loans, land finance, CC (Cash Credit), and OD (Overdraft) facilities.Negotiate favorable terms for banking and loan requirements to support project execution.Monitor and execute banking transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.Company Secretarial Practices and ROC Compliance:Maintain accurate minutes of meetings and ensure timely filing of statutory forms with the ROC.Comply with corporate governance standards and maintain statutory registers as required by the Companies Act, 2013.Financial Planning and Reporting:Analyze financial requirements for ongoing and future projects to ensure the timely availability of funds.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management through financial reports and forecasts.Identify new financial instruments and strategies to enhance funding for sustainable projects.Risk and Compliance Management:Assess and mitigate risks related to green finance, ESG initiatives, and market fluctuations.Ensure adherence to financial regulations, ESG compliance, and internal controls.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field Proven 5+ expertise in treasury creation, ESG funding, and green finance.Experience in collaborating with ESG-focused institutions and green bond fund companies.Strong understanding of project finance, term loans, land finance, CC, and OD facilities.Comprehensive knowledge of ROC compliance and corporate governance practices.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly development practices.Why Join Us?
