UK & Europe & Canada & Australia Counsellor/ Admission Counsellor/ Student Counsellor Exp : 2 to 5 YearsJob Location : Himayatnagar & Kukatpally Job Details :The candidate will be responsible for guiding students on study abroad for countries like UK & Europe & • Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifyingdoubts in filling up form or doubts of any other nature.• Advising students in application procedures, visa applications, applying foraccommodation and preparing students for Interviews if any at the consulate.• Assist the students in filling relevant admission paperwork.• Liaising with universities in getting the student admission letters.• Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling donewithin deadlines.• Following up with students for payments.• Stay updated about the various study abroad programs, requirements offered bycollege/universities and use the knowledge in helping students.• Maintain a proper database of students counselled and applications sent to abroad.• Tracking the progress & process of Student Visa applications for different countries.• Working on agreed targets set on a monthly basis and responsible for timely reporting tothe manager.• Assisting with activities to promote universities represented by the company.Key Skills:• Candidate should have pleasing personality with effective convincing andselling/typewriting skill.• Excellent Command of spoken and written English as well as local languages (Hindi,Telugu) & Interpersonal Skills to build strong rapport with the students/clients.• Responsible and self-motivated with a result driven approach.• Ability to perform under pressure and be result-orientated, adhere to time-lines andachieve targets.• Minimum of 2 years experience in Overseas Education System or any other AcademicCounsellor/ or any other industry/freshers.• Proficiency with the use of standard office applications on personal computers.• Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.Thank YouHR Team.
