Role & responsibilities A Window/ Facade Sales Manager Technical is a sales professional who specializes in advising clients on window products, often working for companies that sell windows, doors, or other home improvement products. They assist customers in choosing the right type of windows based on factors like style, energy efficiency, budget, and functionality. This specialist is knowledgeable about different window materials, installation methods, and industry standards, enabling them to provide expert recommendations tailored to the customers needs.They may work in showrooms, (Retail & B2C Sales) visit clients on-site, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a seamless process from selection to installation. Their goal is to provide a consultative sales experience that aligns with customer requirements while meeting sales targets for the company. They play a crucial role in guiding consumers through the selection process, ensuring that choices not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of a space but also contribute to its overall energy efficiency and functionality. Key Responsibilities: Looking after UPVC doors & windows Sales in the assigned area along with support in operations.Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales targets.Tapping direct Clients (Direct sale) and having Good Sales Experience in B2C or Project Sales like meeting with architects, Builders, and Contractors for Lead Generation of assigned areas and generating business through them.Creating healthy relations with New & Existing Project partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to the clients.Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.Learning and Resolving client's queries and making them understand each & every technical & non-technical aspect of their project.Attending regular training sessions arranged by the company to understand the technical aspects of our products.Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standardMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Follow-ups for Visits, Sample, designs, and Payment for outstation clientsFocus on both Retail & Project SalesAssisting operation in the process of sale orders and payment follow-up.Key Account ManagementImplement all promotional activitiesPlan and Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.Preferred candidate profile Candidates with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with UPVC doors & windows experience, furniture/building material/UPVC/doors &windows/lifts and elevators/Wooden flooring/fire doors/and other relevant industries are highly preferable,Excellent knowledge of MS Office,Presentable and Fluent in English, Local Language,Result oriented a daily/monthly basis,Must have experience in visiting Project Sales & B2C (Residential Bungalow project)Proactive approach, Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques,Fast learner, and passion for sales,Self-driven, Self-motivated with a results-driven approach,Must have Market Knowledge of a Particular Zone.Perks and benefits Salary and other Benefits : As per industry standard.
