Proficient in CNC programming languages and software (NX Unigraphics).Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.Must have knowledge of 2D & 3D programming, 4th & 5th axis machining, and thread milling.Must be able to handle tooling and programming for CNC Milling (VMC) Machines. Must know work set-off and tool set-off well.Must have knowledge of programming for any drawing.Should have knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens/Haas/similar controllers.Should have Cutting Tool knowledge as per Material.Must have good knowledge in designing jigs and fixtures.Must know about standard clamping Elements.Must know engineering drawing and geometric tolerance. Daily work management like action plan monitoring, rework, and rejection.Should have excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Follow all company safety protocol.Trouble shooting in shop floor for the day-to-day execution.Experience in manufacturing of orthopedic implants will be an additional advantage. Skills & Experience:Bachelors, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITI with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming using NX Unigraphics or similar software.Expertise in 3D CAD and 5 Axis manufacturing (CAM) design.Familiarity with G-code M-code and precision machining capabilities.Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
