Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OSS Telecom Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing and validating OSS (Operational Support System) solutions in the telecom domain. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of OSS systems, including service provisioning, inventory management, and fault management tools. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for OSS solutions. Perform end-to-end testing of OSS modules such as service provisioning, network inventory, fault management, and order management. Validate integration between OSS and other systems, including BSS, NMS, and orchestration platforms. Conduct functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Work closely with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues. Use testing tools and frameworks to automate and streamline test processes. Identify, report, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. Provide detailed test reports and documentation, including test coverage, results, and recommendations. Ensure compliance with telecom standards and protocols during testing.
