Job Summary We are a full fledged digital marketing agency and we are looking for a professional and creative mind for our video production and editing requirements: Responsibilities and Duties Be a one-man (or woman) band in the field you ll handle audio, video, and lightingOrganizing shot footage for post-production for archivesDrive video projects through from pre-production to the post-production process to achieve interesting video content whilst maintaining brand integrityCoordinate with Marketing and stakeholders to conceptualise video ideas all the way to the shoot and post-productionTake ownership for pre-production, shooting, editing and assisting in production and post-production, editing from scratch, relying on creative instincts and industry best-practicesSelection and implementing special visual effects, music, and special audio for each video shootConverting videos shot in-house videos that were outsourced to the proper format for different marketing channelsPartner with corporate communications and leadership to elevate internal communications through videoCreates quality multimedia storytelling using photography, videography and text that accurately informs, entertains and engages our audienceWorks with Creative Director to evaluate what s working and what s not, and develops ongoing plans to better satisfy audience needs Qualification Candidates with Bachelor s and Associate Degree in Education, Communications, Video Production, Film, Journalism, Editing, Video, Photography, Cinematography, Television are preferred Skills Desired skills for videographer include: LightingPost-productionMicrosoft Office and iNEWSAdobe After EffectsAdobe PremiereAfter EffectsWaterloo Region and Southwestern OntarioAdobe Creative SuiteAudioCameras
