Job Title: Outbound International Holiday Sales Manager Location: Nellore, Guntur, Karimnagar, Bangalore. Department: Sales Outbound Travel Job Summary: The Assistant Manager Outbound International Holiday Sales is responsible for driving sales of international holiday packages, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting revenue targets. This role involves managing client inquiries, customizing travel itineraries, coordinating with vendors, and achieving business goals through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Sell international holiday packages to individual and group travelers. Identify customer needs and provide customized travel solutions. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking. Customer Service & Consultation: Provide expert advice on international destinations, visa processes, and travel requirements. Offer personalized itinerary planning based on customer preferences and budgets. Ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales service. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, local DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and other travel service providers. Ensure timely bookings, confirmations, and proper documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international travel trends, offers, and market competitors. Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance and generate periodic reports. Monitor competitor pricing and trends to optimize sales strategies. Provide insights to management on market demands and customer preferences. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: 3-7 years in outbound international holiday sales. Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of popular international destinations, visa regulations, and travel packages. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Strong customer service orientation. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) packages. Familiarity with travel portals, GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo), and supplier networks. Multilingual abilities (preferred but not mandatory).
