Job Description

Role & responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to customers using provided leads. (No cold Calling) Promote products or services to potential customers and explore opportunities for sales or business expansion. Possess a strong understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits. Engage with prospects or customers in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner to build rapport and trust. Identify and qualify potential leads, record relevant information, and pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up. Meet or exceed sales and performance targets set by the company, such as sales quotas, call volume, and conversion rates. Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and, if applicable, additional languages.
