Role & responsibilities 1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. 2. Accurately recording details of customers & purchase orders 3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly 4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue 5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups 6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business 7. Using sales scripts preferred by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections Preferred candidate profile 1.Excellent communication skills Written & Verbal in English 2.Should be flexible for Voice process (Sales) Should have experience in customer service and integrity.
