Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at OpenLM. This role focuses on cold calling and outreach to prospective clients in the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have a a technical background to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to businesses and decision-makers in the Indian market. Identify prospects' needs and present relevant solutions tailored to the IT industry. Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets. Stay updated on market trends, the companys product offerings, and relevant IT industry developments. Requirements Cold calling experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English. Advantage: Technical background or experience in the IT industry in India. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
