With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we aim to empower our clients to reach their business objectives with efficiency and effectiveness Outbound Sales Representative (U.S. Shift) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 0–5 years Shift Timings: U.S. Shift (8:30 PM – 4:30 AM or 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Product Promotion: Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating follow-ups.Himalayas Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 0–5 years in outbound sales, preferably within an international BPO or similar environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to U.S. cultural nuances and accent. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team. Preferred Attributes Experience in both inbound and outbound sales processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
