Roles and Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive outdoor media strategies that align with overall marketing goals. Conduct market research to identify optimal outdoor media opportunities and locations for maximum reach and impact. Identify and negotiate with outdoor media vendors to secure the best rates and placements. Utilize negotiation skills to secure advantageous media deals while staying within budget constraints. Develop strong relationships with outdoor media vendors to leverage future opportunities. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in outdoor media buying and advertising. Stay updated on competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Track and analyse the performance of media. Use data and tech tools to analyse and optimise outdoor media. Prepare regular reports on activities, performance, and outcomes for senior management. PREREQUISITES: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development and marketing, with a focus on outdoor advertising. Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to build and maintain relationships. A strategic mindset, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver desired results. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: MBA with at least 5 to 7 years experience in Business Development of Outdoor Media. Media planning experience in outdoor industry will be an added advantage.
