Role Overview You will be responsible for executing key operational processes to ensure smooth and compliant business operations across assigned market(s). This is a hands-on role, focusing on managing and drafting contracts, compliance, documentation, and process improvements to support our business. There is also a strong emphasis on execution, problem-solving, and process optimisation. This is an individual contributor role. Key responsibilities include: Operational Compliance & Administration • Draft, process, and manage end-to-end contracting process for independent talents • Draft, process, and manage end-to-end empanelment/ vendor registration process for clients/vendors • Serve as the key point of contact for clients and talents, ensuring satisfaction & timely resolution of operational issues • Conduct background checks & ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements • Handle global mobility tasks, including work visa applications, relocations & tax compliance for independent consultants • File & maintain consultant, client & company documentation • Any other Operations-related items Process Execution & Optimisation • Identify & refine operational processes to improve efficiency • Automate manual workflows to reduce administrative burden • Keep systems & records updated to ensure accurate tracking & reporting Whom will you report to? Mumbai, India Ideal candidates • Possess more than 1 year of total work experience in Operations/Admin, preferably in drafting and managing contracts • Thrives in a start-up environment (strong sense of ownership, adaptable, resourceful, tenacious, etc.) • Excellent attention to detail • Independent & strong problem-solving skills • Passionate about the future of work, disruptive talent models, and deliver an amazing experience for independent talent • Excellent command of English (both written & verbal) • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
