Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Check Before Dispatch: Sr. Executive - Project Outward ensures that all products undergo a thorough quality inspection before they are packed and dispatched. He verifies that each item matches the required specifications, is free from defects, and meets the company s quality standards. In case of any discrepancies, he collaborates with the Stock team to address issues before dispatch. His role is crucial in preventing customer complaints, returns, and order rejections due to quality concerns. 2. Packaging & Lot Preparation: Proper packaging is critical to prevent product damage during transportation, and Sr. Executive- Project Outward is responsible for ensuring that all goods are packed securely using the appropriate materials. He follows standardized packaging guidelines and ensures that fragile items, bulk orders, and special shipments receive the necessary protective measures. Additionally, he organizes dispatch lots systematically, ensuring they are easily accessible for loading and transport, thereby reducing delays and confusion in the dispatch process. 3. Dispatch Coordination: Sr. Executive - Project Outward works closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage dispatch scheduling and prioritize urgent shipments. He ensures that orders are dispatched on time, as per the daily dispatch plan, without any missing or incorrect shipments. In case of last-minute changes, he quickly coordinates with internal teams to resolve the issue while keeping all stakeholders informed. His proactive approach in managing dispatch readiness minimizes unnecessary delays and optimizes overall supply chain efficiency. 4. Documentation & Compliance: Every dispatch requires proper documentation, and Sr. Executive - Project Outward ensures that all necessary documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and E-way bills, are accurate and complete before shipment. He follows compliance requirements to ensure that all dispatches adhere to legal, safety, and company policies. By maintaining detailed records of all shipments, he ensures smooth audits and easy traceability of dispatched goods, avoiding compliance issues that could lead to penalties or shipment delays. 5. Problem Resolution & Escalations: Sr. Executive - Project Outward takes ownership of identifying and resolving any issues related to dispatch, packaging errors, missing items, or quality defects before the shipment leaves the warehouse. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved at his level, he promptly escalates it to the Warehouse Manager to avoid major disruptions. He also continuously suggests process improvements to optimize dispatch operations, ensuring higher accuracy, faster deliveries, and lower rejection rates.
