SALARY UP TO 6LPA Location: Noida Minimum 1 year in overseas counseling Immediate Joiner Excellent communication Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Overseas Education Counselor to guide students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.), and the ability to provide personalized guidance to students and parents. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities based on their academic background, preferences, and career goals. Assist students with university/course selection, application process, documentation, visa guidance, and pre-departure support. Stay updated on international university admission criteria, visa regulations, and education policies. Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions via calls, Zoom, or in-person. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Liaise with universities and international institutions for admission updates and student progress. Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events organized by the company. Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field. Proven experience as an Education Counselor or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Familiarity with study abroad portals, visa processes, and international education systems.
