Role & responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management:Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve regional sales targets. Provide training and support to sales representatives. Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement weekly basisParticipate in hiring and onboarding new team membersReady to travel extensively in GujaratJoint FW with SO to increase in-clinic effectivenessSales Strategy and Execution:Implement regional sales strategies to increase sales and market shareIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Market Knowledge and Analysis:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Analyze market data and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to achieve company goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
