We are now looking for a Packaging Solutions Manager to join our UPM Raflatac Team in Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore, India. What You Will Do Be an expert in the strategically important end use market segments Plan and lead engagement with brand owners and end-users in focus market segments Engage relevant functions of the organization actively, including sales, environmental and sustainability, segment management, supply chain and SBUs, to support end user activity Provide market and business intelligence on end user information and requirements Provide product consultancy and training to brand owners and end users Drive the delivery of the actions to develop business in the focus end use area Develop continuously the skills/knowledge required for this role and explore new business opportunities Communicate frequently with brand owners and end users about UPM Raflatac offer and help drive new products and offer development Who You Are You have 5-15 years of experience in a Business Development Role You have extended knowledge of focus end-use market segment and general packaging market You have excellent communication oral and written skills as well as fluency in English and local language of the state You demonstrate effectively the ability to develop customer relationships and accelerate sales growth This Is What We Offer To You A meaningful job – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.’ Our work is impactful and transformative.
