Role Summary We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who has real-world experience in running successful paid ad campaigns for real estate brands and knows how to smartly integrate AI tools (like AdCreative.ai, Mutiny, Copy.ai, Jasper, ChatGPT, Segment, etc.) to ease workflows and maximize ROI. You should be equally comfortable in planning and execution, analyzing metrics, A/B testing funnels, and automating parts of the campaign lifecycle using AI software. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, build, and manage lead-gen & conversion-focused campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google Search & Display, and LinkedIn Ads Tailor strategies for Real Estate industry campaigns , with funnel-level precision Leverage AI tools for ad creative generation, audience segmentation, and predictive targeting Continuously refine ad creatives, budgets, placements, and targeting based on performance data Analytics & AI-Enhanced Optimization Track key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) using Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Use AI-based analytics tools or plug-ins to uncover trends, automate reporting, and optimize spend Conduct in-depth A/B tests for copy, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs Implement pixel events, GA goals, and server-side tracking where required Funnel & Retargeting Strategy Build end-to-end funnels for cold, warm, and hot audiences Execute retargeting and lookalike campaigns to increase conversions Collaborate with design/content teams to build ad variations using AI-supported dynamic creatives Client Coordination & Collaboration Communicate regularly with real estate clients/account managers to align on KPIs and campaign expectations Work closely with the internal design, content, and dev teams to ensure asset delivery and landing page integration Suggest performance-driven improvements across creatives, landing pages, and campaign flows Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a marketing agency setup Proven results in running and scaling real estate campaigns on Meta, Google, and/or LinkedIn Working knowledge of AI tools used in performance marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai, Predis, Copy.ai, etc.) Analytical mindset with experience in GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager, and UTM tracking Strong copywriting instincts and data interpretation skills Experience managing multiple campaigns and industries simultaneously Certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.) will be an added advantage Why Join J Bulls Infotech?
