Role & responsibilities: Ensuring all the parameters of PT & CED baths with in Specification Ensure all the parameters of PT & CED baths to be corrected by chemical addition Collecting all the bath sample from PT & CED line Monitoring all the bath parameters such as pointage, Temp. & Pressure Daily updating the check sheet & maintain the record Checking all the bath parameters in the lab such as pointage, PH, Conductivity, FA , NVM & Gas point etc. Daily check CED & Powder coated parts DFT, Addison & Impact test & maintain the records Lab chemical stock to be checked & raise the PR for new chemical Lab equipments calibration records to be maintain SAP knowledge required CED & Powder coating documents maintain such as Control plan, OCP etc. Knowledge about IATF & ISO 14000 Audit
