Expected Skills/ Competency/JD Design, configure, and manage Pardot marketing automation workflows including Engagement Programs, Email Campaigns, Landing Pages, and Forms. Integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM using standard connectors and custom logic where needed. Build and optimize lead scoring models and grading rules. Implement dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Develop and maintain automation rules, completion actions, and custom redirects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend enhancements. Maintain data hygiene and manage syncing issues between Pardot and Salesforce. Must have Skill set Proven experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). Strong understanding of Pardot-Salesforce integration, lead management, and campaign ROI tracking. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email templates and landing page customization. Experience with marketing automation best practices and B2B marketing concepts. Experience in creating reports and dashboards for campaign performance. Good to have Skill set Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification.
