Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Parent Relationship Manager at K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. The Parent Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with parents, addressing their queries and concerns, organizing parent engagement activities, and collaborating with school staff to ensure a conducive learning environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to address parent queries and concerns effectively Experience in organizing and managing events Knowledge of educational practices and school operations Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field is a plus Prior experience in parent engagement roles is preferred Show more Show less
