Key Responsibilities:Design Creation: Conceptualize and create unique, visually appealing packaging designs for incense sticks, fragrance products, and related items.Research & Inspiration: Draw inspiration from cultural, luxury, and artistic packaging trends to develop innovative and on-brand designs.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align designs with brand guidelines and customer preferences.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printers and packaging vendors to ensure high-quality production of packaging designs.Mock-ups & Presentation: Develop mock-ups, dielines, and presentation materials for packaging concepts.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in fragrance and luxury packaging to keep designs fresh and competitive.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, CORELDRAW and layout design.Packaging Experience: Experience in packaging design (preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury industries).Attention to Detail: Ability to visualize and create premium, high-end packaging designs.Printing Knowledge: Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and production processes is a plus.
