What youll do: Collaborate with a team of talented engineers, product managers, quality analysts to design technical solutions and build new features and enhancements to Park Place products. Craft high-performing, reusable code, implement unit tests, and engage in code reviews to uphold best practices and industry standards. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of .NET applications in Azure. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to team members. Participate in Sprint planning and provide accurate estimates on projects/tasks. Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, scalability, and security issues in Azure environments. Be an advocate of modern engineering practices & DevOps practices and be available as needed to support production deployments. Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and automate business processes. Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning within the team while adhering to established team processes. Assist in supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues, including direct interactions with internal and/or external customers as needed. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned. What were looking for: 7+ years of proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of Software architecture and design principles. 3+ years of hands-on development experience with front end frameworks like Angular/React etc. In-depth knowledge of the.NET framework, C#, ASP.NET and related technologies. Experience designing and building cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Event Hubs, etc. Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems. Good understanding of Test-Driven Development/Unit Testing frameworks, design patterns, security principles and best practices in cloud environments. Experience with DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, configuration management, and continuous integration and deployment. Experience with code analysis and review tools, such as SonarQube, CodeClimate, etc. Strong knowledge of Git concepts such as branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Bonus Points: Relevant certifications such as Azure Developer / Architect / Administrator etc. Prior experience with Event driven architectures, distributed systems and Microservices is a big plus. Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, Low Code/No Code solutions. Contributions to projects on GitHub, developer communities like Stack Overflow, Microsoft Q&A, published blog posts etc. Experience working in a global environment involving multiple development teams across various time zones. Prior development experience with Java technologies Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree is preferred.

What you will do: Work with business analysts, product managers to translate functional specifications into a thorough set of test cases, define integration, regression tests to align with product release cycles. Continue to work closely with the development teams throughout the software development life cycle to capture additional test scenarios and acceptance criteria covering both functional and non-functional requirements. Design, develop manual & automation tests using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks. Execute manual & automated tests, analyze the test results and log detailed reports for any bugs found into the defect tracking system. Provide subject matter expertise in quality engineering, mentor junior QA engineers, determine best practices and promote them across the team and organization. Provide timely and accurate reports to business stakeholders and help them ascertain the severity and priority of reported issues. Identify opportunities for automating test cases, workflows and implement automation solutions and analyze results. Analyze current test processes, perform gap analysis and drive improvements. Ensure test repositories are kept up to date by adding and updating tests, ensuring compliance from team members. Ensure test management procedures are being followed and take corrective actions where needed. Help in determining best practices and promote them across the team and organization. Participate in UAT by assisting end users in troubleshooting, replicating and facilitating resolution for issues found during testing, and validating any fixes required. Facilitate coaching and training for non-QA team members regarding quality processes. Demonstrate willingness to work on your craft and take initiative in learning new skills. Other duties as assigned. What were looking for: 7+ years of experience in hands on manual and automation testing of enterprise products . Scripting / programming experience ( C#, Python or Java ) Understanding of web applications, REST APIs and databases. Experience in developing and executing maintainable manual/automation tests for acceptance, functional, regression test cases. Experience in defining quality metrics to measure product quality. Ability to communicate and coordinate formal test plans, test scenarios, test cases and use cases across globally distributed teams. Experience in defining and implementing quality processes throughout the release cycle. Experience in troubleshooting issues, problem resolution and risk analysis for product deployment. Experience in training team members on quality standards and processes. A strong problem solver with an excellent work ethic and attitude An eye for detail and the capability to empathize with the product user\u0027s perspective. Good written and verbal communication skills. Team player with a can-do attitude, growth mindset towards learning new skills and willingness to take ownership and accountability. Bonus Points: Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects Experience with running and analyzing data from automated tests. Experience with tools like JMeter, Selenium, Microsoft Playwright etc. for developing stress and automated tests. Prior programming and scripting experience with.Net/Python/Java. Relevant certifications if any Education: Bachelors Degree required.
