Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Backend Developer with expertise in Python, Node.js, and MongoDB to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in backend development, working to build robust and scalable applications that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js. • Implement and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance . • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate userfacing elements with server-side logic • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices • Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and resolve issues. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in backend development with a focus on Python and Node.js • Proficiency in MongoDB and experience with other database technologies is a plus • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Familiarity with version control systems like Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
