Job Description

Role Expectations: Identify, develop and maintain strong partnerships & alliances with partners consulting, technology, government advisory, multilateral agencies etc. lto drive mutual business growth and achieve shared objectives. Establish deep relationships with key stakeholders in the partnerships and also facilitate senior level engagement with senior/top management at Protean Serve as the main point of contact for partnerships, understanding their needs and effectively communicating Protean value proposition. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies that align with both parties' goals and Protean’s product / services offerings. Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that can enhance Protean’s product/service offering or expand Protean’s market reach. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including contract terms, pricing, and performance metrics. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore new growth opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, technology) to ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives. Provide guidance and support to partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively promote and position Protean’s products/services in their client engagements. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential threats or opportunities for partnership growth. Track and report key metrics and performance indicators related to partnership activities. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in partnership management. Build/lead teams towards meeting the stated responsibilities with strong leadership skills. Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners at various levels. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and identify partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape related to the organization's products/services. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Qualifications: Education: Mandatory - MBA or Engineering with 15+ Years of experience in any of information technology/ services industry/ software solutions/ financial services. Experience: Experience in partner management/ business development/ sales, or related roles with minimum 8 years. Proven track record of successfully managing partner relationships and driving business growth Experience of Identification, Onboarding, Management, defining KPIs, SLAs and monitoring performance of partner agencies & partners Experience of building and leading teams, team management and proven track record of channelizing team to achieve business objectives.
