We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Patient Care Coordinator (Medical tourism )to join our team The Patient Care Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless experience of international patients seeking medical services in India The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems, medical tourism process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of medical travel for patients Responsibilities: Patient Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact for international patients seeking medical services Communicate with patients to understand their medical needs, preferences, and expectations Coordination of Medical Services:Collaborate with medical facilities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to arrange appointments, consultations, and medical procedures Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of medical services based on patient requirements Logistics Management:Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation, for international patients Provide detailed itineraries and logistical information to patients and their accompanying individuals Cultural Sensitivity:Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness to address the unique needs and preferences of international patients Provide guidance on local customs, language assistance, and other cultural considerations Financial Coordination:Assist patients in understanding and managing financial aspects of medical services, including cost estimates, billing, and payment processes Collaborate with billing and finance departments to ensure transparency in financial transactions Documentation and Compliance:Maintain accurate and updated records of patient information, medical history, and travel details Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in medical tourism Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge and follow up care with trusted bonding relationship with empathy and compassion
